The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) is a registered professional nurse who is accountable to the Chief Nurse of Mental Health. In collaboration with the Chief of Mental Health, functions as a supervisor and assumes accountability for the operation of the designated inpatient units. The ANM demonstrates a high level of clinical expertise, leadership, and creative approaches to management of complex care. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
