The Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) is able to provide direct patient care to veterans within the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Emergency Department (ED), and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) settings. A critical care nurse is responsible for ensuring that patients in the immediate post-anesthesia phase, acutely and critically ill patients and their families receive optimal care. RN will report to the Clinical Manager, Patient Care Services Service Line.
