The VA Hudson Valley Health Care System is recruiting one full-time RN, Women's Health Nurse Navigator (WHNN). Employee will work out of both main campuses (Montrose and Castle Point), with occasional travel to the Community Outpatient Clinics as needed. The WHNN is responsible for identifying, facilitating, and coordinating patient-centered care and services. The WHNN has a crucial role in assisting women veterans to efficiently obtain gender specific services and care. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
