Mental Health Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL)
The Mental Health Clinical Nurse Leader (MH-CNL) reports to the Chief Nurse of Mental Health. The MH-CNL fosters active partnerships with MH Nursing Leadership in the planning, implementation, and evaluations of staff training and education. The MH-CNL is accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing and/or supervising nursing staff training and education for inpatient and outpatient mental health nursing. Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency. In accordance with 38 U.S.C. 7403(f), no person shall serve in direct patient care positions unless they are proficient in basic written and spoken English. Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency and accredited by one of the following accrediting bodies at the time
