The Education Nurse Manager will guide, develop, and support educators from a leadership perspective using professional standards of care, scientific evidence, and practice to evaluate programs and/or service activities as a guide. The NM will develop short- and long-range plans for the education department; develop and implement programs and program changes that impact the ability to meet the medical center's needs; and develops innovative/creative programs.
