Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaborationwith the multidisciplinary team, including therapists, nurses, and socialworkers
- Provide evidence-based psychiatric care, including medication management, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention
- Monitor patients' progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to educate and support them in understanding the child's mental health condition and treatment
- Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and treatment planning sessions
* Stay current with the latest research, developments, and best practicesin child/adolescent psychiatry

- Salary is $268,000 - $285,000 annually
