Child & Adolescent Inpatient Psychiatrist

Prisma Health, the largest not-for-profit healthcare provider in South Carolina, currently seeks BC/BE Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists to join our growing psychiatry department. The department is expanding our clinical, education, and research missions and is seeking candidates in all specialties. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work within our acute care space including inpatient child and adolescent units (7on/7off model), consultation-liaison and day treatment programs alongside our child and adolescent psychiatry fellows, residents and advanced practice clinicians. Ideal candidates will have an interest in teaching and be eligible for faculty appointments at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville, located on Prisma Health’s Greenville Memorial Medical Campus.

Details Include:

• Candidate must be fellowship-trained and BE/BC in child and adolescent psychiatry.

• Interest in working in the inpatient psychiatric setting with exciting growth and new hospital scheduled to open in March of 2027 with 40 child and adolescent beds.

• Academic faculty position working with fellows, residents, and medical students.

• Faculty appointment with the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville.
